Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to projects and services delivered by Code Creater.
Quotations
Every quotation describes the agreed scope, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Project scope and changes
Changes requested after a stage is approved may affect the timeline and price. We confirm any impact in writing before continuing.
Client responsibilities
Content, logos, account access and approvals are provided by the client. Delays in providing these will move the delivery date.
Payments
Payment terms and stages are stated in the quotation. Work begins once the agreed initial payment is received.
Revisions and testing
Each project includes a review stage. We test on common devices and browsers, and correct defects found in the delivered scope.
Delivery and ownership
On final payment, the delivered work and its accounts are handed over to the client. Third-party licences and subscriptions remain subject to their own terms.
Advertising and marketing
We do not guarantee sales, followers, rankings or other results. We plan, run and report campaigns professionally and share real performance data.
Support
Support after delivery is provided as described in your quotation. Additional support can be arranged separately.
